The Parish of St. Joseph extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and classmates of Father Dan Sullivan. For about 15 years during his retirement, Fr. Dan lived in Homewood and celebrated both Sunday and weekday masses and administered the Sacrament of Reconciliation at St. Joseph's. Among his many attributes, Fr. Dan is remembered for his wit, dry sense of Irish humor, strong, nearly monotone voice, and short but inspirational homilies. He was a good priest and a kind man. May he rest in peace.
